Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Service
The following conditions are accepted by placing an order.

Proof of warranty
Please enclose a copy of the purchase invoice with your shipment. The invoice number is sufficient as an alternative.

Description of the Error/Failure
To ensure that the problem is resolved as quickly as possible, please fill out the service form completely. Statements such as "doesn't work" or "broken" will not allow us to carry out a qualified troubleshooting.

Packaging
Please only use the original packaging to return defective goods, as this is the only way to protect them against transport damage. If you no longer have this, please note the transport conditions of your carrier (e.g. drop height 80cm, etc.). We can offer you universal packaging for monitors for EUR 25 or EUR 30. Unfortunately, we still receive returns that suffer transport damage on the way to us.

Paid repairs
Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for repairs outside the warranty period.

Cost estimates
The preparation of cost estimates is subject to a fee if the repair is refused.

Delivery costs
Systeam GmbH will cover the transport costs for returning repair goods to you in the event of a warranty claim. The costs for transporting and insuring repair goods to Systeam GmbH are borne by the sender. For deliveries not prepaid, acceptance must be refused for organizational reasons.

Transport damage
If the packaging or the contents are damaged, leave the goods untouched and report the damage immediately either to the delivering transport company or to the complaints department of Systeam GmbH, but no later than the 3rd day after receipt of the delivery. In any case, the packaging and goods must be left in the condition in which they were found when the damage was discovered until the transport company's representative has recorded the facts. If you send the goods to us without prior inspection by the transport company's representative, the right to compensation will expire, according to current insurance law. In this case, the repair would be subject to a charge.

Final provision
Systeam GmbH reserves the right to change or add to the General Terms and Conditions of Service at any time. Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions of Systeam GmbH apply.
