To file a RMA case, please fill out the following form completely. A RMA case can only be filed for one type of claim.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email with the following information:
- A copy of the RMA form
- Information about the process
- Contact information for your case
Goods that are not subject to RMA are returned without further notice.

Return of unopened Goods
If we take back goods that have not been opened, we call this a "Kulanzleistung". That is, this service is performed without any recognition of a legal obligation.
If we accept your return of goods, you have to pay the transport costs yourself.
We generally do not accept returns of goods that we have purchased especially for you.
Please also note the following:
To cover the costs of the goodwill return, we will deduct 15% of the value of the goods when preparing the invoice correction.
If there is external damage to the original packaging or if the condition of the goods is different to that reported to us, we may increase the flat rate or subsequently refuse to take the goods back.
