INFORM in-house exhibition
We look forward to welcoming you again this year to SYSTEAM's in-house exhibition INFORM on Friday, 18 September 2026.
For many years, INFORM has been one of the most important events in the printing, IT, and AV industries. Around 50 exhibitors will present the latest printers, scanners, network components, monitors, laptops, displays, conference technology, projectors, and related accessories.
This time, you can look forward to an event with a unique taste of Franconian heritage based on the motto Kerwa – Franconian, traditional, authentic. With games such as the high-bar pull, tin can toss and nail-driving, the setting is perfect for inspiring conversations, forging new contacts and sustaining business relationships.
The trade fair will once again take place in the Energy Park in Hirschaid, the competence centre for sustainability and renewable energies, so in addition to our exhibition you can also take part in informative guided tours under the motto ‘Experience renewable energies’.

After an eventful day at the exhibition, we would like to spend the evening with you in a special atmosphere. We therefore cordially invite you to our exclusive exhibition party at the Brose Arena in Bamberg. Look forward to a perfect blend of socialising, Franconian tradition and top-class entertainment. Take the opportunity to make new contacts and strengthen existing relationships in a relaxed setting.
In the festively decorated venue, you can expect a traditional atmosphere with live music and a DJ, who will provide top-class entertainment and encourage you to stick around. On the culinary front, a lavish buffet and a varied selection of Franconian beers as well as refreshing cocktails await you.
In keeping with the ‘Kerwa’ motto, you are invited to attend in traditional dress to contribute to the special atmosphere of the evening. We look forward to sharing an unforgettable evening with you.

Your tour guide will welcome you with mead and take you on a thrilling journey through the centuries — you’ll become a noble lady or a humble craftsman yourself. Experience a time when you had to fetch water from the well and use a fire striker to kindle the hearth fire.

Nestled in the heart of the countryside between Bamberg and Schweinfurt, Hassberge Golf Club offers stunning views of the Main Valley. Join in a golf tournament on its 18-hole course, or try your hand at your first few swings on the driving range with expert guidance.

Warehouse Tours
During the trade fair, we will be offering tours of our logistics centre in Ebensfeld. The building, constructed in 2013, has a floor area of over 12,000 m². In addition to our own warehouse management system, there is a storage and retrieval machine (SRM) and two multi-level shuttle (MLS) aisles for fast order picking. Each picking process is weighed for quality assurance purposes. In this way, we offer our customers consistent control from goods receipt to dispatch with effective quality assurance and an error rate of less than 0.03%!
However, we are not only reliable, but also very concerned about environmental protection. This is why great importance was attached to sustainability and innovative renewable energy technology when constructing the logistics building! For example, 97 % of our energy requirements are covered by a wood chip boiler. This is fuelled by self-generated wood chips from surplus, collected disposable pallets and heats both the logistics and administration buildings. In addition, 735,000 kW/h are generated annually by the company's own photovoltaic systems.
