For us as a family business, apprenticeships are particularly important. Depending on the profession, our trainees work in different departments. They are supported by the whole team.

Apprenticeships at SYSTEAM

At SYSTEAM we offer apprenticeships in the commercial, logistics and technical areas. We always plan our apprenticeships according to demand in order to be able to guarantee good support during the training. If you successfully complete your training, the chances of being taken on are very good.

We train for the following professions:

Merchant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management (m/f/d)

During your training as a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) you will get a very good overview of the work processes in our company.

Office management clerk (m/f/d)

During the 3-year training to become an office management clerk (m/f/d), you will work in various commercial departments, including:

Purchasing
Sales
Finance

and get to know them better. You will be trained to organize and carry out many different office tasks.

What you should bring with you:

At least a good qualifying secondary school diploma

Duration of the apprenticeship: 3 Years

IT specialist (m/f/d) - Specialization in application development

Are you passionate about programming in your free time? Can you spend hours working on software applications? If you spend every free minute tinkering with hardware and enjoy programming, you should turn your talent into a career!

In this job, you will fulfill customers' individual software requests by either developing new applications or adapting existing software. A varied training with the following focus areas awaits you:

Development of software solutions (focus on web applications)
IT systems: databases, software maintenance, testing procedures
Work organization, project management, quality assurance

What you should bring with you: School grades are not everything that counts! We believe that you can best convince us with your talent, your commitment and your personality. That's why you are in the right place with us whether you have a qualifying secondary school certificate, intermediate school certificate or high school diploma. But you definitely need:

Interest in mathematical-technical tasks and experience with electronic media
Enjoyment of teamwork, but also independent problem solving
Good knowledge of English

Duration of the apprenticeship: 3 Years

Specialist warehouse clerk (m/f/d)

During your training with us, you will learn about the work processes in our logistics center. We will train you for the following activities:

Acceptance of goods and their inspection
Storage, processing and picking of goods
Customer-oriented packaging of the goods, taking into account the type of goods and transport
Determination of cargo weight and volume
Determination of shipping costs
Transport and dispatch of goods within the company
Regular inventory checks
Carrying out inventories

What you should bring with you:

At least a good qualifying secondary school diploma
A good grade in mathematics
Enjoyment of a practical/hands-on activity
Interest in dealing with technical devices, machines and systems

Start of the apprenticeship: September 1st

Duration of the apprenticeship: 2 Years

If you successfully complete your training, we offer further training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) - duration approx. 1 year.

Information electronics engineer (m/f/d)

Do you like tinkering with printers, PCs and other technical devices? Are you fascinated by the interaction between hardware and software?

During your training as an information electronics technician (m/f/d) you will be prepared for the following tasks, among others:

Construction, installation, connection, networking and maintenance of devices and systems
Troubleshooting, troubleshooting and repair
Customer service and complaint processing

A varied training awaits you!

What you should bring with you:

At least a good intermediate school leaving certificate
Good grades in mathematics, physics and computer science
Manual skills and good technical understanding
Flexibility and ability to work in a team

Regardless of whether you are doing your training in administration, IT, logistics or service, our training supervisors are there for you and will support you with all your questions and problems.

Workwear & safety shoes

For your work in our logistics and service department, you will be provided with safety shoes and work clothing free of charge.
